If your order is delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, a card will be left with a contact number for you to call to rearrange delivery. If your orders delivered via Royal Mail you will be unable to track the delivery, however you should expect your order in the post within the next few days after it has been placed. Our products are generally delivered by courier or post. If your product is delivered by courier you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process. We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you the ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Very occasionally different products with the same delivery method may be delivered separately.

Delivery is free for Business Customers but a delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied for domestic customers.You can review applicable delivery charges before submitting your order. All goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition.
